Who we are
This website is run by Telecom Agency, an independent telecom and technology advisor. You can reach us at (858) 399-4088 or info@telecomagency.com.
Information you give us
When you send a contact request, a carrier quote request or an availability request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, email address, phone number, service address and any message. We use it to reply to you and to prepare the comparison or quote you asked for.
The forms are delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, which handles the information in order to pass it on to us.
The address availability check
When you use the availability check on a provider page, the address you enter is sent from your browser to the U.S. Census Bureau's geocoding service to find its census block, and that block number is sent to the Federal Communications Commission's open data service to list the providers there. We do not receive or store that address unless you also send us a form.
What is stored in your browser
- If you use the accessibility menu, your settings are saved in your browser so they carry from page to page. They are not sent to us.
- If you ask for a quote after an availability check, the matched address is held in your browser for that visit so the quote form can be filled in for you.
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run analytics or tracking scripts.
Services this site loads
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads, as it would for any website using that service. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested.
Who we share information with
To obtain quotes we share the relevant details of your request, such as the service address and the services you need, with the carriers and technology providers being compared. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and the correspondence that follows for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, and delete them when you ask us to.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Call or email us using the details above.
Changes to this policy
If the way this site handles information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
